Yoga Foundations
Focusing on the essential basic postures of yoga, in this class you will be guided through varying sequences of poses that begin to open the physical body and train the mind toward steady focus while exploring the dynamics of breath and energy.


Level 1-2
Creating more intensity with longer holding of the essential postures and exploring different variations yields an accessible, yet more challenging experience on the mat.


Flow Yoga I
Classically defined as Vinyasa Yoga, this style allows you to create a dance between breath and body movement. Incorporating the sun-salutation sequence, music and focus on the breath, this pratice begins to create a heart-healthy pace and explore the essential postures in a fluid, energizing experience.


Flow Yoga II
When you are ready to heat up teh body and move rhythmically through the essential postures, sign up for Flow II and enjoy the music, the heat in the room, and the catharic release of stale energy in the body. As you benefit from the strength-building sequences, you may begin to explore inversions, arm balances, and longer holds of the postures.


Gentle Yoga
A slower paced class that is designed to revitalize your body, relax your mind, increase energy and reduce stress. This class is perfect for everyone, including beginners, seniors or people recovering from illness.


Guided Relaxation
"Lie down on your back. Close your eyes. Release all tensions and drift back into a deep, deep state of relaxation..." Guided Relaxation Technique (GRT) begins to rewrite old programs and unhelpful habits, leaving you freer, more focused and more connected. Based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, practiced for thousands of years, GRT has been described as the most powerful relaxation technique known to man. It is used to overcome pain, lower stress, heal the body and create great breakthroughs in areas of your life where you feel stuck.


Kids Yoga
Kids yoga is for boys and girls ages 5-9. In class, kids learn fun ways to move gracefully, breathe smoothly and deeply, sustain focus and concentration. Yoga helps kids keep their natural flexibility and teaches invaluable skills of self control, stability and stress management.


Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the practice of entering into yoga postures using an assortment of props including blankets, blocks, straps, walls, chairs and eye pillows. Supported and passive yoga postures allow the body to naturally release, letting go of held tension and stress. The soothing restorative poses activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the organs of the body to work at their maximum efficiency. Highly recommended for everyone.


Slow Flow Yin
Practice the Yin and Yang of yoga as you begin with a slow, rhythmic sequence of postures and breath; strengthening the body and creating a bit of heat. Followed by a series of floor supported, deep stretching postures that allow the muscles to relax and the joints and ligaments to open as you hold the postures for time.


Sunrise Yoga
This 60 minute class including meditation, pranayama and flowing asana you will be led through a journey of awakening your power and reconnecting with your source for inspiration. Learn to quiet the mind, strengthen the body & live within the present moment. There is simply no better way to begin your day!


Yin Yoga
Yin is a slower paced style of yoga practiced mainly on the floor and characterized by deep stretching and postures held for several minutes. Yin promotes flexibility and elasticity in joints, bones, and ligaments, leading to increased mobility.

special introductory price: $75/60 min. or $95/90 min.

Private yoga sessions can be prescription yoga practices, in which a yoga practice is constructed just for you. Because it is custom created, we evaluate your lifestyle, your abilities and what you enjoy, and put together a recommended routine for your daily practice.

Your session can also be a glorious one-on-one practice that includes guidance, support and adjustments.
