Jane Gleason, E-RYT500; Studio Co-owner/Director; Director YB Advanced Studies Teacher Training Program
Jane Gleason is a certified yoga teacher. Among many things, she is a devoted wife, mother, daughter and friend. She has created a beautiful life in Phoenix, Arizona that focuses full-time on two things: yoga and loved ones. If you were to come to any of her in-studio classes, you would find her completely engaged in leading a group of trusting students who are devoted to her teachings as a way to see themselves as they truly are: peaceful, happy and fulfilled.
To survive the inevitable trials of life, Jane adopts a healthy sense of humor and tends to see her glass (of green tea) half full and not half empty. She has had the benefit of expert yoga teacher training through a year-long intensive study program leading to her registration with the Yoga Alliance as E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) at the 500-hour level. Having studied and practiced varying styles of hatha yoga over a 20-year span, she has a well-rounded, authentic approach to the practice and loves to offer all aspects of the traditional yoga experience including, philosophy, breathwork, chanting as well as the postures. Jane will meet you where you are as a student, regardless of ability, to give you an individual experience that is all at once nurturing, accessible and challenging. She also makes a very nice apple pie.

Gloria Allen

Gloria began practicing yoga over thirty years ago before yoga was popular. During a great time of stress in her life and on the advice of her doctor she began studying yoga seriously. This eventually led her to an ashtanga yoga Teacher Training. With an anusara practice and further study into the philosophies of the heart Gloria expanded on her knowledge of the yoga practice. She blends both Eastern and Western Philosophies in her teaching style. To Gloria, the physical practice of yoga is an amazing, beautiful and challenging journey from the head to the heart. As we release stress and blocked energy from our physical bodies, it reveals the light and healing of our Divine Essence and the perfection of the present moment. She has gone on to further practical and philosophical education and is currently studying in a Master's Teacher Training Program with international teacher, Rod Stryker.
Gloria's first love is yoga therapy. She has gone to study the therapeutics of yoga with Martin Kirk, Rod Stryker and Doug Keller. She is developing a breathing program for those with COPD and Emphysema using the yoga breathing patterns.
Erica Hynds-Armstrong

Erica found yoga to help calm her mind as well as get back into shape after she gave up her 20 year retail-career to focus on being a mom. Having a strong background in ballet and lyrical dance, she found yoga the perfect match for her heart, mind, and spirit. She immediately became a dedicated practicioner. In order to deepen her practice and see where life will lead her next, Erica decided to attend Yoga Breeze's Advanced Studies and Teacher Training program. Even though she has had many amazing yoga teachers along her way, she is most inspired by Jane Gleason and Jen Brooks and their deep devotion and love of yoga. Erica's classes incorporate her teachings from not only from her dance background and yoga but of her own day to day life lessons. Her friends and family and of course her 2 crazy but loving children, constantly remind her to live life to the fullest, love every minute, and BREATHE!

Lisa Young
Lisa first discovered yoga in 1996 inside a North Carolina World Gym full of muscle-bound men. Fortunately, the yoga teacher (a fiery Irish redhead) taught a complete practice-incorporating asana with pranayama, philosophy and meditation-with a memorable music component. Lisa's yogic flame was ignited. She followed the path further in 2000, earning a yoga teacher certification in San Diego. After considering numerous 200-hour teacher training programs over 15 years, she finally enrolled in the best; graduating from Yoga Breeze's Advanced Studies and Teacher Training in July 2011, simultaneously earning her certification as a Yoga Nidra Facilitator. Endeavoring daily to be the change she wishes to see in the world, and with enormous gratitude for her teachers, Lisa is pleased to transition from the wheeling-dealing world of real estate to a career centered in healing and heart. Besides yoga, she enjoys writing, reading, music, movies, art, fashion, world travel and cuisine.
