with Rachel Albrecht-Rossi and Laura Goethe-Rankel
Saturday, December 1st 1 – 4pm $95
As the holidays approach, there is a tendency to get caught up in the busyness and frenzy of the season, resulting in more stress and less peace. Meditation has recently become the topic of much research regarding reducing stress and living a more peaceful and happy life. Malas have long been used as a tool to help focus concentration during meditation, as well as provide a tangible, physical reminder of peace when worn outside of meditation. Give yourself a gift this holiday season and join Laura Rankel and Rachel Rossi as they guide you through a meditative mala making experience. Purposeful intention and creation will be part of this powerful workshop in which you will use high quality gemstone beads to design and assemble your personal mala. All materials will be provided and you will leave this workshop with a beautiful and personal mala, created by you, for yourself, or even someone you love!
