Restorative Yoga is the use of props to create positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation in the body and mind. A restorative yoga practice can help release physical,mental,and emotional tension. Restorative yoga is accessible to people of all ages, all levels of yoga experience, and all states of health.
This four week program offers students an in-depth look at restorative yoga practices, using proper prop set-up that allows for deep rest and relaxation. Training will also focus on Restorative yoga sequences, breathing techniques, and healing guided relaxation meditations that will elicit the relaxation response and encourage mind body release and healing.
Restorative yoga is systematic and scientific. Deepen your restorative practice, release physical, mental, and emotional stress.
