It is the self that is revealed when we release the pain of the past and relate to and learn from the lessons given to us through challenging people and situations.

How does Forgiveness create space for the Transcendent Self to arise?
Learning to take an elevated perspective gives us the chance to be empowered in this present moment and helps us understand our co-creation of the future. Rather than exploring forgiveness from a state of blame or fault we will use specific meditations to allow the subconscious to reveal and then clear associated emotions from past challenge or trauma.

This workshop is designed to create space and awareness within and to set the foundation for a deeply healing time in each participants life. We will use applied Sound for the last portion of the class to gently harmonize and balance the nervous and energetic systems.

Please bring a journal/notebook and pen to class, wear comfortable clothing and set your intention beforehand to be fully participative in your most open and loving manner for your complete healing and well-being.

Tara Kaur began her healing journey 15 years ago when she attended massage school. From that experience she gained incredible information not only about the human body but also the way the body can hold and store unresolved emotions and experiences. Around that same time, she began her yoga practice which has gone through many transformations and eventually led her to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation which is now her personal daily practice. Part of this journey included meeting a dear teacher, Sangeet Kaur Khalsa, who is her Reiki teacher as well as her first guide to healing with sound and therapeutic Gong.

Honoring the subtle energetics combined with her experience as a hands-on practitioner has developed a deep awareness of and sensitivity to energy healing. It is from this humble place that she began building a mini temple, the Sedona Crystal Temple, of alchemy bowls.

All of these events, unfolding in their own Divine timing, has created in her the opportunity to go very deep into various levels of healing, including that layer which involves forgiveness. From this space she looks forward to sharing techniques of recognizing and resolving that which can keep us contained in hurtful and harmful thought processes and patterns. This is a universal topic, one that opens us to the subtle energies of consolidating our personal strength.
